  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

5. Carriers & Tracking

We partner with reputable carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and specialized freight services for oversized televisions.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Nova Arrow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it (fees may apply) or issue a refund minus the shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Fragile Items

Electronics are delicate. If your package arrives with visible damage:

  1. Document the damage: Take clear photos of the box and the item.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or your building manager. Nova Arrow is not responsible for theft once a package is marked as delivered, but we will assist you in opening a formal inquiry with the carrier.
